A seminar on water management best practices and challenges presented to scientist at the Centre de Recherche Scientifque Conakry Rogbane (CERESCOR) in Guinea Conakry.  This was the second part of a two-part lecture which followed meetings with the leadership of the center and other high level officials in the Government of Guinea to discuss collaboration with FIU.
